Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant

What You'll Do



Reconcile bank accounts to maintain

accurate financial records

and reporting. Oversee and update

accounts payable and receivable

with precision. Handle

payroll processing

, ensuring timely and accurate payments for our team. Use accounting tools like

QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage

for financial management. Assist in creating

financial statements and reports

to support business strategies. Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls, while delivering

exceptional customer service

. Organize and maintain

physical and digital filing systems

for efficient record-keeping. Collaborate with colleagues to

streamline processes

and boost efficiency in administrative tasks.

What You'll Bring



Proven experience in an

administrative or bookkeeping role

, ideally in an accounting setting. Solid understanding of

accounting principles

and financial practices. Proficiency in accounting software like

QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage

is a strong asset. Experience with

payroll processing

and financial reporting is a bonus. Exceptional

organizational skills

and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Keen attention to detail for

accurate data entry

and record management. Strong communication skills - written and verbal - for effective interaction with team members and clients. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently when needed. Demonstrated ability to use various digital tools and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies as required.
