Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative teams. This role involves managing various accounting tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Also scheduling our guests & client flights. The ideal candidate will be friendly and polite and have experience with accounting software. Responsibilities



Manage and maintain financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Answering the phone to schedule flights Invoicing clients Assist with bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data Conduct account analysis and support budgeting processes Prepare and review financial reports for management review Support payroll processing and related administrative tasks Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and correspondence Assist with general administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence, and data entry to support overall office operations

Experience



Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is required Strong background in bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation Familiarity with payroll processing and financial reporting is preferred Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is essential Experience in account analysis and budgeting will be considered an asset Excellent organizational skills Prior administrative support experience

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
