Looking for a full time bookkeeper/administrative assistant with minimum 3 years experience for a growing construction company. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and SAGE 50 Accounting software.
Main responsibilities include the following:
data entry
weekly payroll run
AP cheque runs
Bank reconciliations
invoicing
quarterly HST and WSIB returns
issuing PO's
EHT remittances
other tasks as needed
Compensation to negotiated and determined based on experience.
Salary: From $25.00 per hour
