About Us:
We are a growing company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role combines bookkeeping, administrative duties, and general office support to help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support). Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks. Assist with administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and data entry. Support office operations such as answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating schedules. Prepare and update reports as needed for management. Handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, either

7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

or

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM

, depending on company needs.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in bookkeeping and office administration required. Proficiency with QuickBooks (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
