Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks (invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support).
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks.
Assist with administrative duties including filing, document preparation, and data entry.
Support office operations such as answering calls, responding to emails, and coordinating schedules.
Prepare and update reports as needed for management.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, either
