We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our finance and office operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software and bookkeeping practices, ensuring smooth financial processes and effective administrative support. Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accounting records using software such as QuickBooks
Assist with bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
Support payroll processing and related activities
Conduct account analysis and assist in budgeting activities
Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review
Organize and maintain filing systems for financial documents
Provide general administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and workflows
Qualifications
Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks
Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and payroll procedures
Knowledge of account reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and account analysis
Familiarity with accounts payable and receivable processes
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Prior experience in office administration or similar role is preferred but not required
