is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

full-cycle bookkeeping

(A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliation, and month-end reporting) Maintain

organized and accurate filing systems

(digital & paper) Provide

front desk support

: answer phones, greet clients, and direct inquiries

Schedule installations

and coordinate with customers and installers General office administration and support

Qualifications:



3+ years

of experience in full-cycle accounting/bookkeeping Proficient with accounting software (QuickBooks or similar) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is an asset
