Summary



We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Burlington. This role is vital in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth project execution, reflecting our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant with strong experience using QuickBooks Online (QBO). We are a group of companies and managing multiple entities will be required.

Responsibilities



Enter and update financial transactions, invoices, bills, and receipts in QBO Reconcile bank and credit card statements Maintain accurate vendor and customer records Assist with generating basic financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, etc.) Verify data for accuracy and completeness before input Input and enter day-to-day administrative tasks to support project teams. Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors. Maintain accurate records of project documentation and financial transactions. Assist with bookkeeping using accounting software such as QuickBooks and LMN. Support payroll processing and employee record management. Prepare reports related to accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. Contribute to maintaining an organized office environment that promotes efficiency.

Qualifications



Proven experience using

QuickBooks Online

Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

High school diploma required; additional certification in office administration or accounting is advantageous.

Work Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM



Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
