As a Bookkeeper/Accounting Clerk with strong communication skills, you will be working directly with the Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to be adaptable, problem solve, multitask, be a team player and demonstrate professionalism.
Duties:
Enter all payables (bills, expenses, credit card expenses)
Prepare invoices for approval by team members
Prepare AP payment file for submission on banking portal
Make credit card payments as required for suppliers
Enter timesheets and prepare cheques
Run AP reports as requested for review of accounts and upcoming payments due
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in accounting or related field
Proficient in bank and account reconciliation processes
Familiarity with accounts receivable and accounts payable procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for account analysis
Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience with payroll processing is a plus
Proficient in the use of Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, go-getter attitude.
Not Required, but assets:
Experience with Quickbooks and Google Workspace is preferred

Exceptional attention to detail; ensuring accuracy in reports, correspondence and analysis
