BOOKKEEPER/ ACCOUNTANT (Permanent Part-time) The Philip J. Currie Dinosaur Museum (PJCDM) is a world-class museum facility with innovative exhibit galleries, classrooms, theatre, research lab, caf\xc3\xa9, and gift shop, located near Wembley in northwest Alberta. The PJCDM is located 2 km outside the Town of Wembley and approximately
33 km from the City of Grande Prairie. We are seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team as a bookkeeper/ accountant for part-time employment. This position will begin immediately. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring that deposits, accounts receivable, and accounts payable are addressed regularly.
• Completing bi-weekly payroll, managing benefits
• Providing the Executive Director with monthly reports
• Tracking sales and attendance
• Assisting the Executive Director to develop and monitor budgets.
• Assisting in developing office management procedures

Experience:

• QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
