In the context of our expansion in North America, Iris Galerie is seeking a bookkeeper to work directly with the Senior Accountant.

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process, using QuickBooks Online software Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct ledger accounts.Conduct reconciliation of bank, credit cards and all accounts on as needed basis Process accounts receivable/payable al in a timely manner. Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner Experience with intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Knowledge of handling transactions in multiple currencies, including exchange rate management.

Skills and Qualifications:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
