Metrotown Floors + Interiors is seeking a Temporarily Bookkeeper starting on Monday ,July 14th.Please DO NOT apply if you can not start on Monday.

You will be joining our team in the function of performing the necessary bookkeeping and office administrator duties.

The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, highly self-motivated, eager to learn new skills and is a hard worker.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Records of Financial Transactions Maintain General Ledger Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Preparing & submitting payroll General Office Duties Prepare monthly financial statements Prepare annual budgets Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bookkeeping Experience required (minimum 3 years) Related education or courses an asset Advance skills with QuickBooks, Microsoft office (excel, word, outlook, etc.) High Attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Strong ability to multitask Self-Motivated Quick Learner Strong written & oral communication skills Ability to learn flooring software an asset
