Safeline Utility Services Inc. is a busy Utility Construction Company with the administration office in Smithville.
The role, reporting to the CFO, requires excellent computer skills (data entry, search functions), time management skills, problem solving ability, organization and attention to detail. Experience with MS Excel and QuickBooks is a must. Experience with US exchange is preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Full set of books with the exception of online filing and payroll
Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using QuickBooks Desktop and/or Quickbooks Online
Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial records
Maintain an organized system of financial documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams
Post journal entries
Reconcile accounts
Seeking a team player who can also work independently is desired.
Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and must be able to attend our office in Smithville. There is no work from home option.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
