Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team as Part-time (at least 3 days a week). The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining office records, invoicing orders, managing office supplies, gathering quotes, maintaining various spreadsheets, and various office tasks as required.
Duties:
- Answer any phone calls that come through and facilitate communication with customers
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks to invoicing for clients and updating Sales Force as needed.
- Processing client payments and emailing records for posting
-Copy your Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables team members on emails
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
- Maintain an inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Managing and maintaining record keeping systems
- Ordering of any supplies for operations and maintenance
- Assist with data entry and maintaining fish inventories
-Tasks may be adapted and/or changed as needed for Business Operations
Requirements:
- Live on Sunshine Coast (Sechelt, Robert's Creek, Halfmoon Bay, Gibsons, etc).
- Experience with office administration an asset
- Experience with quickbooks an asset
- Ability to navigate and maintain spreadsheets
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
