Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and reports Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Complete with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards and company policies Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin for daily business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) Relevant work experience or education in finance/accounting is an asset. CPA designation or equivalent certification is an asset. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (Quickbook , etc.)
