Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Perform payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Utilize accounting software, such as Sage, to record financial transactions and generate reports
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in payroll processing, account reconciliation, and account analysis
- Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Familiarity with accounting software, such as Sage or similar programs
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
