Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Bookkeeper to join our team in . In this role, you will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our company's financial health, aligning with our commitment to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities including data entry and record keeping. Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently. Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking. Maintain compliance with cGMP standards and company policies. Support payroll processing and related documentation. Collaborate with auditors during financial audits. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero to streamline processes.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially. Good communication skills. Experience with payroll processing is preferred. Knowledge of cGMP standards is a plus.

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:

Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
