Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

The Bookkeeper's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of the company.

Responsibilities



Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process Verify that transactions are recorded accurately in suppliers ledger, customer ledger and general ledger Perform partial checks of the posting process Complete tax forms Process accounts receivable/payable in a timely manner

Requirements and skills



Proven bookkeeping experience Understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles Data entry skills Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software Proficiency in English and in MS Office High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
