Part-Time Bookkeeper

to support our financial operations.

Position Overview:

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and preparing financial reports for shareholders. This role plays a key part in helping our farm run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain up-to-date and accurate bookkeeping records Process accounts payable and ensure timely bill payments Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for shareholders Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow tracking Collaborate with management to ensure accurate financial planning Meet all deadlines in a timely and organized manner Use of farm-specific accounting practices and software where necessary

Qualifications:

Previous bookkeeping experience required (agriculture or farm bookkeeping experience preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration
