Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles to support the company's financial health and compliance.

Duties

Manage and record all financial transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Perform account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, to ensure accuracy of financial data Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities Assist with budgeting processes and financial forecasting Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records for audit readiness Process payroll accurately and timely Prepare reports on financial status, cash flow, and other relevant metrics Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or equivalent systems Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation Experience with payroll processing and related compliance requirements Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to analyze financial data and prepare clear reports Knowledge of budgeting processes is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
