Bookkeeper Part Time Midtown

Job Description

We are a growing e-commerce company based in Midtown Toronto, operating multiple online retail brands across North America. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented

Bookkeeper

to join our in-office team and manage our day-to-day accounting operations.

This is a

fully in-office position

-- remote or hybrid applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities



Maintain accurate books using

QuickBooks (Desktop)

Perform

bank, credit card, and payment processor reconciliations

Prepare and file

HST returns

Track sales, expenses, inventory, and cost of goods sold Support the preparation of

T2 corporate tax returns

(working with our accountant) Handle AR/AP, including vendor payments and customer refunds Work closely with management to ensure financial accuracy

Required Qualifications



3+ years experience as a

Bookkeeper

or similar accounting role Strong working knowledge of

QuickBooks

Experience preparing and filing

HST returns

Experience supporting

T2 corporate tax filings

Experience with

bank and payment processor reconciliation

High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have



Experience with e-commerce accounting Inventory and cost of goods tracking Experience working with accountants and year-end closeouts

Location



Midtown Toronto -- In-Office Only


You must be able to commute to our office regularly. This is not a remote role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
