Overview
We are seeking an organized Bookkeeper to join our team. Flexible schedule. 2 or 3 days a week or part-time to keep the backend organized.
Duties
Maintain accurate financial records using our internal accounting software Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently. Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles
