We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring the integrity of our financial data. Duties



Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using accounting software such as QuickBooks Record and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities Assist with payroll processing and related reporting Prepare financial reports and summaries for management review Support budgeting processes by tracking expenses and revenues Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies and regulations Prepare

monthly GST/HST reports

and ensure timely submission to

CRA

Manage payroll deductions, remittances, and records Handle transactions from POS systems, and online payment processors

Qualifications



Proven 2 to 4 years experience with bookkeeping and accounting functions in a professional setting Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel is required Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation Experience with account analysis, budgeting, and payroll processing is preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge and understading of

Canadian GST/HST & CRA compliance.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
