YNC LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, Licensed Public Accountants (located in Kitchener) is a unique practice built with a team of dedicated professionals. We offer a wide range of experience, innovative thinking and valuable insight to each and every client. Our services include complex corporate and personal tax planning, corporate financial statement and income tax return preparation, personal income tax return preparation, estate planning and business consulting.

We seek a bookkeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will possess:

2 - 3 years bookkeeping experience; knowledge of accounting and current accounting practices; excellent computer skills (including Excel) and a working knowledge of QuickBooks and Sage; the ability to work both independently and cooperatively; the skill to handle multiple concurrent engagements; and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience preparing personal income tax returns would be an asset.

This candidate's responsibilities may include:

client monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations using client provided software programs; assistance/preparation of client reporting of government remittances for GST/HST and payroll; providing client follow-up and support; preparation of T4's and T5's; and specialty projects as required.
Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
