Bookkeeper
to support our financial operations and ensure our back office is as polished as our front-facing care.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive
Bookkeeper
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day accounting tasks across multiple locations, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards. You'll work closely with leadership to support payroll, budgeting, and reporting processes--all while helping keep the business side of beauty running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks, ADP, Microsoft Excel, etc.)
Perform general ledger accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable/receivable across multiple clinic locations
Conducting audits on records
Conducting Payroll for all corporations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Working with Accounting partners to rectify expenses, past and present books and records
Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely submissions
Reconcile bank statements and ensure clean, audit-ready books
Support budgeting and forecasting processes with financial insights
Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations
Partner with management to streamline financial procedures and enhance efficiency
Qualifications
Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting, ideally in a multi-location or service-based business
Payroll experience is an asset
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, ADP, and other accounting tools
Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industry a plus
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Comfortable with account analysis, reconciliation, and financial reporting
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data with integrity
