Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying
Review bills and plan for payments
Review invoices and dates of payments/ discounts...etc
Prepare and verify end of month documents before handing it to accountant
Preparing a cash flow sheet for each account
Preparing financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing accounting for information
Generating invoices and sending it to customers
Generating bills and sending it to suppliers
Advising management on compliance needs
Prepare and reconcile Quarterly documents needed for HST submission by the accountant
