We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Bookkeeper/Payroll Clerk

to join our team. This position involves managing payroll, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing regular accounting reports. If you're organized, reliable, and familiar with both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



Process payroll and prepare cheques accurately and on time. Maintain and balance multiple financial accounts using QuickBooks and/or manual bookkeeping methods. Keep up-to-date general ledgers and prepare financial statements. Generate accounting, financial, and statistical reports as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping (preferred).

Qualifications:



Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping (preferred). Experience using QuickBooks (minimum 1 year preferred). Strong understanding of general accounting principles. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Schedule:



Monday to Friday. 8-hour shift.
