BK Tax and Accounting Services Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support our accounting team.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial reports
Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
Assist with HST/GST filings and payroll processing
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Familiarity with VisualTax and TaxCycle considered an asset
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to manage multiple client files efficiently
