We are currently seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to be an instrumental part of our team.
This position is full time and suits a stable, established individual with Canadian experience.
As our Bookkeeper, you will:
- Provide bookkeeping services, financial record keeping and reporting
- Prepare government (HST, RP) and WSIB remittances
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, along with filing and other administrative duties
As our Bookkeeper, you must have:
- Experience in a related field
- Familiarity with Sage 50 - Simply Accounting program
- At least an intermediate level of skill using Microsoft Office; especially in Excel and Word
- A willingness to under take projects on your own initiative, needing very little direction
- Adapt organizational skills, along with accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent fluency in English
- Professional and trustworthy demeanor
- Must be able to perform under tight deadlines and, at times, work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage several projects
