We are seeking a dedicated and organized Booking Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, coordinating schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless booking experience. This role is vital in maintaining efficient operations and fostering positive relationships with clients and performers alike.
Duties
Respond promptly to booking inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
Manage and update the booking calendar to ensure accurate scheduling of events and appointments
Coordinate with clients, performers, and vendors to confirm details and special requests
Process reservations and issue confirmations or tickets as needed
Maintain detailed records of all bookings, cancellations, and modifications
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth event execution and logistics
Assist in developing promotional materials or campaigns related to bookings when necessary
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, administrative support, or booking coordination preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in scheduling software, CRM systems, or relevant digital tools is a plus
Ability to remain professional and courteous when handling difficult situations or inquiries
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in hospitality, event planning, or related fields is advantageous
