Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves managing client interactions, supporting accounting functions, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage and possess strong organizational skills to handle bookkeeping, accounts payable, and receivable tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization while developing your skills in accounting and customer service.

Responsibilities



Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing professional assistance and resolving issues efficiently Manage client accounts using accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry for accounts payable and receivable Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or irregularities and recommend corrective actions Support payroll processing and related activities as needed Assist in budgeting processes by providing relevant financial data and analysis Maintain organized records of customer interactions and financial transactions Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and accurate financial reporting

Qualifications



Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero Strong understanding of accounting principles including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and account reconciliation Knowledge of payroll processing and budgeting is preferred Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer service or administrative support is advantageous High school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement); additional education in accounting or finance is a plus
