Job Description
Responsibilities: - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all product offerings. - Drive sales, provide an exceptional customer experience and meet operational expectations. - Maintain personal and productivity goals - Connect with each customer by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs. - Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to meet customer needs.
- Maintain knowledge of all products through product training. - Contribute to brand awareness by assisting the store manager with social media. Qualifications: - 0-3 years of retail experience. - Confident and comfortable dealing with customers to provide a positive experience.
- Motivated to achieve great results through enthusiasm in running. - Self-motivated, able to perform tasks or activities with little supervision - Flexible in availability - including evenings, weekends and holidays.
