Technicians can earn up to $200,000+ through our flat rate and bonus system. 30 flat rate, up to 42 flat rate including top production level. and certifications

Performance Bonuses: Extra pay for surpassing bi-weekly production hour thresholds Certification Premiums: OE certifications can boost your base pay above 30 flat rate with all training costs covered by Kirmac. High Production Potential: Experienced technicians typically bill 400+ hours per Month.

Schedule:

Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Flexible scheduling options available (afternoons, nights, weekends).
