A

BOBCAT MINI TRACK LOADER OPERATOR

is responsible for operating compact track loaders (MTL) or mini skid-steer loaders to perform variety of tasks in construction, landscaping, demolition and material handling. The operator ensures safe and efficient use of equipment to mov e earth, load/unload materials, backfill, grade, dig, or perform specialized tasks using attachments.

Key Responsibilities:



Operate Bobcat mini track loaders and related attachments (e.g., bucket, auger, trencher, forks, brush cutter, snow blower) Perform earthmoving, grading, trenching, digging, lifting, and loading as required. Load and unload materials safety onto trucks, trailer, or designated areas. Read and follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisors instructions. Conduct daily pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance (check fluids, grease fittings, inspect tracks, lights, and hydraulics). Identify and report mechanical issues and damage to the equipment. Ensure safe operation of the machine in confined spaces, uneven terrain, or near workers and structures. Assist ground labor tasks when equipment operation is not required. Maintain compliance with company safety policies, industry regulations, and site-specific rules. Keep work areas organized and minimize environmental impact (dust, spills, noise). Communicate effectively with crew members, foreman, and supervisors to coordinate work.

Skills & Qualification Requirements: A MUST



Proficiency in operating

BOBCAT MINI TRACK LOADER.

Knowledge of hydraulic systems, track systems, and machine controls. Ability to use multiple attachments for varied tasks. Must be comfortable working in tight spaces. Understanding of grading (

ROUGH GRADE)

, excavation, material handling and backfilling techniques. Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor equipment issues.

Safety & Compliance:



Familiarity with workplace safety standards. Ability to perform pre-trip and post trip inspections. Knowledge in load limits, balance, and safe handling procedures.

Physical & Cognitive Requirements:



Ability to work outdoors (heat, dust) Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception. Physical stamina to operate controls, climb in/out of the equipment and perform manual labor when needed. ATTENTION TO DETAIL FOR SAFE OPERATION IN TIGHT SPACES AND AROUND PERSONNEL IS A MUST.

Interpersonal skills:



Clear communication with team members and supervisors (Fluency in English language is a MUST). Ability to work independently or as part of a crew. Strong problem-solving and adaptability in changing site conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:



Valid driver's license (Class 5 or equivalent). Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant operating experience specially in ROUGH GRADING. MUST be comfortable working in tight spaces. Must speak English Can perform manual labor if needed.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
