Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand and power tools. As a Builder, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing structures and components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities

Construct, assemble, and install structures and fixtures using various materials such as wood and aluminum. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently. Measure, cut, and shape materials to ensure accurate fitting and alignment. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot issues that arise during the building process and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

Willingness to learn. TRAINING PROVIDED! Ability to read a measuring tape. Ability to use hand tools and power tools proficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as required.

Pay: $16.50-$30.00 per hour
