The Blown-In Insulation Foreperson is responsible for the preparation and installation of loose-fill (blown-in) insulation in residential and/or commercial buildings. This role involves operating insulation equipment, handling materials safely, and ensuring high-quality, efficient installations that meet company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, materials, and safety measures. Load, operate, and maintain blown-in insulation machines and hoses. Install insulation in attics, walls, and other designated areas according to project specifications. Ensure proper coverage, depth, and consistency of insulation materials. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols, company procedures, and customer service standards. Daily and weekly reporting as required. Assist team members with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous construction, insulation, or general labour experience preferred. Strong knowledge of insulation materials, methods, and industry standards considered an asset. Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely. Comfortable working in confined spaces, attics, and varying temperatures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Strong commitment to safety and quality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and communication skills are a must!

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
