Your key responsibilities


  • Apply critical thinking to identify opportunities for greater efficiencies, craft constructive ideas and offer creative recommendations and solutions
  • Skilled at technical writing, storytelling communications and effectively capturing voice to convey the strategic priorities and deliver outcomes that drive business objectives
  • Designs and executes client retention/ expansion strategy
  • Help Designing digital and non-digital marketing strategy
  • Proven ability to extract key objectives and simplify content into cohesive, clear, and concise messaging for broad audiences
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive environment and a sense of belonging for all
  • Coordinate to full fill global marketing efforts in blockchain. Drives global marketing of tools
  • Work closely with EY branding teams
  • Help set up global marketing strategy
  • Supporting local member firms with marketing operations such as webcasts
  • Provides collateral such as thought leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Implement the rights tool and process
  • Proactively seek feedback from stakeholders and peers to grow and enhance your brand and skillset and demonstrate an eagerness to learn
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity, change and continuously evolving priorities, and open-minded to new or transformational idea.
  • Develop and implement best in class brand and campaign initiatives to drive brand profile and reputation for EY.
  • Plan the annual strategic brand and campaign schedule, coordinating with the wider marketing team
  • Act as the driver for delivering end to end campaign and brand activations
  • Maximise opportunities for EY brand to enhance brand reputation and awareness
  • Work closely with creative to deliver best in class, effective brand campaigns
  • Lead brand reviews and brand surveys on an annual basis
  • Help drive continuous innovation and improvement across the brand and campaign function, leveraging technology and digital solutions, for maximum impact.
  • Manage key campaign budgets, apply appropriate campaign metrics and produce ROI reports
  • Actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. Help to develop and expand long-term client relationships and networks, as well as develop relationships with team members across all EY practices to service client needs
  • Understand companies strategic intentions and management skills capability
  • Maintains focus so that programmes are managed to realise business benefits.
  • Plan the project based on a defined need – results in detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project planning and management skills. Mastery of project management methodology, tools and templates (includes project planning, schedule development, scope management and cost management)
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Experience of using marketing databases
  • Good negotiation and budgetary skills
  • Proven track record of managing agencies
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Passion for applying innovation and technology to create unique event experiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and management.
  • Keen attention to detail and quality, holding yourself to a high standard of work.
  • Confidence and maturity to work effectively with senior leaders across the Business Unit and beyond.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time, delivering within tight timeframes.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Significant experience of client service, relationship management or business development experience in the professional services and solutions arena.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong business/commercial acumen and an understanding of major industry sector trends preferred with experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Experience in working with Global teams – internal resources, contracting resources, suppliers/hardware & software vendors
  • Superior verbal, writing and listening skills; the individual is articulate, persuasive, and able to synthesize, structure and communicate persuasively

Note: This is open to US and UK but the candidate must be willing to report in either the New York or London office as needed by the business.
