To support the on-going growth of our business, we are currently seeking a mechanically inclined

Blade Technician:

to join our Maintenance team.



Key Responsibilities

:


Perform equipment service, blade maintenance, screen changes, and cleaning on tire shredding and rubber processing equipment. Communicate effectively and professionally with the Maintenance staff to prioritize equipment needs and repair. Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures. Assist in operational troubleshooting.

Mechanically inclined and skilled to use standard hand and pneumatic tools Quick to learn with the ability to follow instructions and seek clarity Proven verbal and written English communication skills Organizational and time management abilities Aware of risks and hazards in a workplace Ability to work as a member of a team or with limited supervision Ability to complete legible written reports as required High standards of work, with great attention to detail Confident, resourceful, and highly motivated Possess a positive 'can-do' attitude



Education/Experience:

:


High school diploma or GED preferred Minimum one (1) year of related experience, ideally in a Manufacturing/Production setting First Aid Certification is considered an asset Forklift Certification is considered an asset
