, you'll do more than sell -- you'll lead, influence, and innovate. Your goal? Expand access to a groundbreaking biologic treatment by forging strong relationships and delivering strategic, high-impact results.

What You'll Do:

Lead with Strategy

Develop and implement ambitious, data-driven account plans that go beyond sales targets -- driving growth, optimizing resources, and delivering personalized, value-based solutions.Sell with Purpose

Bring science to life by clearly communicating the clinical benefits of our breakthrough biologic therapies to top healthcare professionals through a blend of in-person and virtual engagements.Build Meaningful Connections

Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with key partners by understanding their challenges, finding opportunities, and co-creating innovative solutions that improve patient access and outcomes.Collaborate to Win

Partner closely with cross-functional teams -- including Sales, Brand, and Medical -- to lead speaker programs and peer-to-peer initiatives that engage clinicians and KOLs at a local level.Lead with Integrity

Conduct all activities in full compliance with external regulations and internal policies, upholding AstraZeneca's commitment to ethical standards and responsible business practices.Elevate the Team

Share insights, celebrate success, and develop a high-performance culture by contributing to team learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Champion Safety

Accurately report Adverse Events in accordance with company policies and Health Canada regulations, ensuring patient safety remains at the forefront of everything we do.

What You Bring:

Education: University degree in Science and/or Business Experience: 3-5 years in Biologics, Oncology, or Specialty Pharmaceuticals, with a strong background in key account management. Influence: Proven ability to build credibility, engage partners, and navigate complex clinical environments. Past experience with Resp, ENT and allergists is a strong asset. Execution: Proficient in using omni-channel strategies (face-to-face, digital, and virtual) to connect with healthcare professionals Mindset: A collaborative, agile team player with strong communication skills and sharp business acumen Mobility: Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnight stays up to 25% Language: Fluency in French and English (oral and written) is a strong asset.
Annual base salary for this position ranges from $114,634.40 to $150,457.65. AstraZeneca is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation opportunities to all colleagues. Our compensation policies and practices have been designed to allow colleagues to progress through the salary range over time as they progress in their role. The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. The base pay offered will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, and other specific business and organizational needs. In some cases, offers outside the range may also be considered to address unique circumstances.In addition, our permanent positions offer an annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (if applicable to role). Benefits offered for permanent roles include a competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks' paid vacation, and annual Personal Days. Fixed Term Contract/Temporary positions (excluding students) are offered a Contract Benefits Program.
