Responsibilities

Assess student performance through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and respect. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance instructional strategies and share best practices. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and methodologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred; relevant teaching certifications are a plus. Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively. Ability to create an inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning styles. Proficiency in using technology for instruction and classroom management. A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
