Key Responsibilities
  • Verifies cash floats and distribution of floats to staff.
  • Verifies all personal bingo paper and records when required on stock sheets. This includes issuance and returns.
  • Distributes payouts to sellers.
  • Maintains accurate and complete records of all payouts.
  • Maintains exact inventory of all products issued to them for the given session.
  • Ensures any records of payouts are given to the Coordinator to be attached to the appropriate paperwork.
  • Sells bingo cards and products in numerical order on the floor and in the cage.
  • Works in conjunction with the caller to ensure awareness of all payouts, promotions and announcements.
  • Reports to Coordinator any incidents and completion of incident reporting.
  • Handles all customer concerns, complaints and resolves disputes.
  • Ensures all equipment is operational prior to and during event as well as possible minor maintenance of equipment
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of all promotions and specials
  • Keeps work area clean and organized, including sales counter, floor selling area and staff common room.
What You Bring
  • 2 years of bingo experience
  • Working knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets, email, and internet navigation
  • Ability to exchange monetary values and balancing a float
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills including ability to be friendly, polite and courteous
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented, reliable, punctual, efficient, and diligent in duties and responsibilities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
