Bin Operations & Distribution Oversight

This position is

50% warehouse / 50% office

, perfect for someone who likes thinking and doing, planning and executing.
You'll be responsible for ensuring inventory goes into the right bins, products move where they're supposed to, and outgoing loads are accurate, timely, and organized.

This is a critical operations role with huge opportunity to grow.

What You'll Do

Oversee

bin accuracy

: ensure products are put into the correct locations Monitor

distribution flow

: flag errors, catch problems early, and keep product moving Review

outgoing customer and store loads

for accuracy and timeliness Work closely with warehouse team leaders to ensure tasks are executed properly Audit bins regularly and fix issues before they become problems Create simple systems to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability Log, track, and report distribution & bin discrepancies Support warehouse operations with hands-on work as needed Collaborate with management to tighten up processes and efficiency

Skills That Help (Not Required)

Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets, email, simple reporting) Understanding of bin systems, inventory flow, or picking/packing Experience with shipping/receiving processes Forklift experience a bonus but not required
