Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, ensuring the integration of various design elements throughout the project lifecycle. This position requires proficiency in multiple software applications and a strong understanding of construction and drafting principles.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop and maintain BIM models. Create and manage 3D models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and NavisWorks. Conduct clash detection using NavisWorks to identify and resolve design conflicts before construction begins. Prepare schematics and detailed drawings for various construction projects. Utilize Civil 3D for site design and grading tasks as needed. Assist in the development of project standards, protocols, and workflows for BIM implementation. Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and techniques. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in drafting and modeling.

Requirements

Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD, MicroStation, SketchUp, SolidWorks, and Civil 3D. Strong understanding of CAD principles and construction processes. Experience in drafting schematics and creating detailed construction documents. Familiarity with 2D animation techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
