• Order review and processing
• Client invoicing and payment processing
• Contract renewals management
• Maintain accounts receivables, arrears communications, chargebacks, and collections
• Project creation and resourcing
• Month end reconciliations and reports
• Client Database management
• Support administrate compliance requirements with REW MLS board partners and clients.
• Ensure confidentiality and privacy is maintained with regards to exposure to sensitive business and client information.
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure client and REW success is always a priority.
• Provide administrative support to all areas of the organization, ensuring projects/tasks are executed with the highest quality and on time across all assigned focuses.
• Special projects as required.
• Backup accounts payable as required.

Qualifications that will help to have for this role:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a billing and admin heavy role
• Proficient in Microsoft and/or Google suite, with spreadsheet specialization
• Excellent communication skills, and can create clear, concise, and engaging responses
• Ability to multitask with a strict attention to detail, in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility around scheduling and managing workload
• professional demeanor strong interpersonal skills
