Rosedale Transport in Dorval, QC requires a Billing and Operations Clerk

Monday - Friday: 3 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.

Responsibilities:

Review drivers' bills of lading and ensure all required information is complete and accurate Attach supporting documents (fax copies, delivery slips, packing lists, etc.) to the bills Scan and send bills to the billing department in Toronto Respond to emails and requests from the billing team Complete daytime driver trips in the system and create evening driver trips Process and organize bills for trips coming from other terminals for the night crew Print and assemble bills and packing slips for customers Dispatch evening trips for the local terminal and other terminals (Quebec & Granby ) Handle service calls in case of breakdowns on the road, at terminals, or at customer sites for local drivers Communicate with the garage regarding truck to be send once arrive at the end of the day for repairs or maintenance to be completed, coordinated with the Day dispatch supervisor Complete line haulreports (Quebec, Toronto,) Respond to inquiries from the Toronto line haulteam by phone or email Provide an end-of-shift summary of driver locations and remaining trips for the night dispatch team All other duties as required

Qualifications:

Experience within the transportation industry required Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (Excel, email, and transport management systems Truckmate , Samsara, ) Team-oriented, autonomous, and reliable Bilingual French / English
