This Billing Clerk position will consist of reviewing bills and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. This Billing Clerk opportunity is long-term contract / temporary, and based in the Waterloo, Ontario area.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Operate closely with other functional teams to certify data consistency and excellence

- Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered

- Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

- Form financial controls and procedures
- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

- Proficiency in credit collections

- Knowledge of credit

- Solid understanding of billing

- Foundational knowledge in SAP

- Completely competent in working with spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

- Bachelor\'s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance
