Position Overview



We are currently hiring for the role of Billing Coordinator. In this position, you will support our Finance Team in managing the day to day activities of the business such as customer billing, accounts receivable, maintain vehicle records, damage tickets, and coordinating with our operations and customer success teams.

Roam will have thousands of cars and customers on the road as we go towards the end of 2025 and into 2026 which means this is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking to grow with the company.

Responsibilities



Maintain our customer billing tickets and payment processing Accounts receivable collections - track payments and follow-up on outstanding balances Process customer ticket and toll charges Support team on all customer activations, cancellations, and contract changes Prepare, match, and track customer damage claims and charges Review and process customer returns and coordinate with team members to quickly expedite customer refunds Maintain up to date company records such as inventory, vehicle records, and accounting entries Assist with ad hoc projects

Requirements



Demonstrates high organizational skills Understands the importance of maintaining up to date data records Excellent written and oral communication skills Experience working in a start-up environment considered an asset Willingness to learn and build processes as we grow/scale

Skills



Data Entry Attention to detail Accounts Receivable Collections & experience speaking with Consumers on Accounts Receivable Matters Microsoft Excel and Word Hubspot and Zendesk experience an asset Float expense platform experience an asset

Salary and benefits



Salary will be discussed during the interview process and will be based on the qualifications and experience of the applicant.
