Your Role at FCR



Billing



Draft and issue invoices to clients in an accurately and timely manner. Determine what should be billed by looking through WIP and checking for project completion. Maintain ledger accounts and communication with ledger holders. Manage client billing information. Monitor and maintain billing deadlines. Address billing inquires from staff and clients.

General



Assist finance department and administrative workers in ways that optimize procedures/processes. Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency. Compile billing and statistical reports as required. Perform a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks.

Keys to your success



Experience in general office administration role is an asset. Proficient in navigating computers and software and be able to learn new software quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional customer service skills over the telephone and in person. Manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrate dedication and motivation to achieve high standards of service and professionalism. Seek feedback from staff as well as partners, principals, and senior managers and act on that feedback to enhance performance.

Qualifications



Excellent computer skills. College Diploma in Business Administration is preferred. Previous billing or accounting support experience is considered an asset.
