Position: Billing Specialist
Location: Downtown Montreal - Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: $55K to $65K (depending on experience)

Are you looking for a hybrid role in the Downtown Montreal area? Do you have experience working in a construction or real-estate industry? Are you French bilingual?

Our client, located in Downtown Montreal and providing commercial property management, is looking for a Billing Specialist to join their company in hybrid mode!

- 5% annual bonus

What we are looking for:

- Experience in real-estate development or construction industry
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of accounting
- Relevant experience in a support role
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Yardi (asset)
- Time management skills, attention to detail
- French bilingual
- DEC in business administration, accounting or other related field

Tasks assigned for you:

- Open projects at the accounting level
- Enter data in the accounting system
- Issue work orders and purchase orders
- Collect, code and validate information required for invoicing
- Follow up on approvals and invoicing
- Follow up on orders, receipts and deliveries
- Assist in the management of project documentation
- Perform all other administrative support tasks for the team
