The Billing and Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting financial and operational processes within the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:
Set up and manage new business partners in SAP, including collection trade references and recording credit information
Process, file, and manage purchase orders efficiently
Perform a variety of accounts receivable functions, including preparing and issuing invoices, posting deposits, creating credit memos, handling collections and follow-ups, resolving billing issues, and issuing account statements
Receive, organize, and maintain operational paperwork and documentation
Assist with additional administrative duties and tasks as required to support the team
Qualifications
High School Diploma Required
Post-secondary diploma in Accounting/Finance an asset
Previous experience in billing and accounts receivable required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Experience with SAP Business One considered an asset
General knowledge of ERP systems an asset
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed
Excellent attention to detail
