Duties And Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
The Billing Analyst is located in Markham, ON and typically reports directly to the Team Lead, Billing or designate. Coordinating processes with multiple regional Coding and reconciling payments to JDE
Accurate invoicing of customers, therefore reducing the number of complaints from customers regarding billing errors
Preparing of documentation to assist Accounts Receivable/Payable (e.g., Invoices, Purchase Orders, etc.)
Timely review, printing, and delivery of invoices
Engage partners in billing, A/R management, and collections activities
Assist the manager in planning and scheduling
Assist with material/equipment procurement
Productivity reports
Ability to analyze financial data
Manage JDE Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Handle customer calls in a polite and efficient manner
Ability to work in a multi-tasked, fast-paced, and changing environment
Documentation control-- manage photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing
Investigate process systems/process-related problems/inquiries and recommend solutions as part of internal strategic initiatives
Responsible for project administration tasks, including coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, compiling monthly reports, forwarding communication releases, and performing maintenance of project tracking logs (i.e., issues, change, control, etc.)
